S.B. 346 Immunizations - (apparently not revoked as previously reported)
H.B. 348 Religious Freedom Restoration Act - Support!

Movie Trace Amounts in Raleigh, Wed, April 22, 2015, 7:30 PM

3-27-15: S.B. 346 Action Item: The chair of the Health Committee will determine if the bill makes it on to the calendar, so we need to keep the pressure on the 3 co-chairs:

Co-Chairman    Sen. Ralph Hise,
Co-Chairman    Sen. Louis Pate,
Co-Chairman    Sen. Tommy Tucker,

Sample Letter to Co-Chairs:

Dear Senators Hise, Pate and Tucker,

I am writing to request that SB 346, the vaccination bill, not be scheduled in the Health
Care Committee. The bill removes parental choice, rejects our religious freedoms, far
overreaches by requiring genetic testing, and adds new and unnecessary vaccinations
to the schedule (such as flu, rotavirus, and Hepatitis A).

The primary concerns with this bill involve the overriding of our family and personal rights, but if you are concerned about what the science says, I urge you to contact U.S. Congressman Bill Posey of Florida, who is working hard to unveil the corrupt nature of the vaccine program at the CDC (120 Cannon HOB, Washington, DC 20515, Phone: (202) 225-3671). Here is one article discussing his probe into the corruption:
Thank you for your consideration and please don't schedule SB 346 for discussion.

Legislative sound bites
Use these following information supporting the assertions...

a) When you require a child to get a vaccine, you require that child to risk injury or death based on a theory, herd immunity, that has been disproven in the medical literature."

b) Since there are five times more non-immune *vaccinated* kids than exempt kids, and since vaccines kill more people than the diseases, the problem here is not with exemptions, it is that the vaccines are not held to a high enough standard for safety and effectiveness."

c) "Vaccine informed choice provides a necessary check and balance to the vaccine industry's lack of liability for the harm caused by their products."

d) "No one should ever be required to use a product from an industry that routinely engages in criminal behavior."

e) "Freedom requires disagreement. If everyone agreed, we wouldn't need freedom."

    • Extend current exemptions to apply in declared emergencies (currently, we have no exemption right in a declared emergency)

    • Prevent medical doctors from refusing to treat unvaccinated children due to their unvaccinated status

    • Add exemptions for employees, since all adults are targeted for mandatory immunizations
